Patient Satisfaction Survey July 2025

We are pleased to share the results of the 2025 Annual GP Patient Survey, published in July. I am delighted to report that our practice achieved an outstanding overall patient satisfaction rating of 92%, placing us second highest in Hertfordshire. Across all surveyed areas, our results were significantly above both the ICB and national average.

To put this in perspective, compared with neighbouring practices, our overall satisfaction rating was between 10% to 25% higher.

A huge thank you goes to our fantastic team for their continued dedication in delivering high-quality care, and to our patients who took the time to complete the independent Government survey.
