We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say. The PPG is a group of patients, carers and surgery staff who meet regularly to discuss practice issues and the patient experience.
The PPG holds regular meetings and the core members are:
Hugh Labram | Val Sargent | Catherine Scott |
Kay Kerr | Claire Uwins | Jan Williamson |
Mihaly Saary | Jenny Miller | Angela Felstead |
Carmel Naughton |
Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature.
We also have a Patient Reference Group (PRG) which is a wider group of patients who the PPG will refer to from time to time, to ask views on things such as: what you think about our opening times, or the quality of the care or service you have received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We are actively seeking to recruit more people. In order to truly represent the practise population we need more representatives from the following groups-
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please complete the online form below.
If you prefer, you can download the form and return it to the practice.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to.
Many thanks for your assistance.
